These terms apply to the use of oneprint.pro and the online design Studio. Purchases are governed by our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Customer account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The details you provide must be accurate and up to date.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload or order content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party or intellectual-property rights.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the site, bypass security measures or scrape data.

Online Studio and files

Content you create or upload remains yours. By ordering, you grant us a limited licence to reproduce that content solely to produce your order. We may store files for a limited time to make reprints easier.

Site intellectual property

The site, brand, texts, product photography and Studio templates belong to us or are licensed to us and may not be reused without written permission.

Availability

We work to keep the site available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update these terms; the version published on this page is the one in force.
