Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (Lisbon time). Messages received outside these hours are answered on the next business day.

Free artwork check

Before printing we always verify your file: resolution (DPI), colour mode (CMYK) and bleed. If we spot an issue that would compromise the result, we contact you before the order enters production.

Changes and cancellations

Because every item is made to order, an order can only be changed or cancelled before it enters production. Contact us as soon as possible; once production starts the process cannot be stopped.

Problems with a delivered order

Received a defective product or transport damage? See our Return Policy — we solve it with a reprint or a refund.
