1. Who we are

OnePrint (oneprint.pro) is an online store operated by Criatopo Publicidade, Lda., a visual communication company based in Odivelas, Portugal. These terms govern all orders placed in the store.

2. Scope

We sell personalised print products made to order, based on files supplied by the customer or created in our online Studio.

3. Order and contract

When you complete checkout you receive an order confirmation e-mail. The contract is concluded when we accept the order and it enters processing. We may refuse orders containing unlawful content or technically unusable files — in that case any amount paid is fully refunded.

4. Prices

The price shown in the configurator includes production and standard delivery to the selected address. Prices and any applicable taxes are always shown before you confirm the order.

5. Files and content

• You are responsible for the content of your files and for holding the necessary usage rights (images, logos, texts).
• We perform a free technical check (resolution, CMYK, bleed); we do not proofread text or review content.
• Slight colour variations versus your screen or between print runs are technically unavoidable and fall within industry tolerances.

6. Production and lead times

Lead times are stated in working days and start once the artwork passes the technical check and payment is confirmed. Delivery dates are reliable estimates but are not guaranteed where a delay is attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal — personalised goods

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. You may cancel free of charge at any time before the order enters production.

8. Defects and claims

Please inspect your order on receipt. In case of a production defect, wrong product or transport damage, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. If the claim is justified we will reprint free of charge or refund you — your choice. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

9. Quantities

Online orders are limited to 5,000 units per item. For larger quantities please request a custom quote.

10. Liability

Our liability for direct damages is limited to the value of the order concerned, except where such limitation is not permitted by law (intent, gross negligence, personal injury).

11. Governing law and disputes

Portuguese law applies. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
