Personalised products — general rule

All our products are printed to order with your artwork. Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods. Before your order enters production you can cancel at no cost.

Our quality guarantee

That does not leave you unprotected — if something goes wrong on our side, we fix it:

• Production defects (printing, cutting, finishing);
• A product different from what you configured;
• Damage caused in transport.

How to claim

• Contact us within 14 days of receipt via the contact form.
• Include your order number and photos of the issue (and of the packaging, for transport damage).
• Do not return goods unless we ask — if needed, we send you a free return label.

Resolution

If the claim is justified, we reprint free of charge with priority or issue a refund — your choice. Your statutory warranty rights always remain unaffected.
