Delivery included in the price

The price shown in the configurator includes standard delivery to the selected address. Many products also offer faster options (express, overnight) with the cost shown before you order.

Available delivery destinations are shown in the configurator and at checkout.

Lead times

Each option's lead time is shown in working days in the configurator and starts once the artwork passes the technical check and payment is confirmed. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Neutral packaging

All orders ship in neutral packaging with no third-party branding — ideal for resellers and agencies delivering directly to their clients.

Tracking and receipt

Whenever the carrier provides it, you receive a tracking code by e-mail. On delivery, check the packaging; if there is visible damage, note it with the courier and send us photos within 14 days — we will sort it out.
