Refund Policy

When we refund
- Cancellation before the order enters production;
- A justified claim (defect, wrong product, transport damage) where you prefer a refund over a reprint;
- An order we refuse (e.g. unusable file or content not permitted);
- Failed delivery attributable to us.
Method and timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. If the original method does not allow it, we agree an alternative with you (e.g. bank transfer).
Partial refunds
If the issue affects only part of the order (one item among several, or part of the run), the refund may be proportional — we always explain the calculation before processing it.
