Data we process and purposes

• Account and orders (name, e-mail, addresses, VAT number, history) — performance of the purchase contract and legal invoicing obligations;
• Artwork files you upload or create in the Studio — solely to produce your order and make reprints easier;
• Support contacts — answering your requests;
• Newsletter — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time;
• Essential cookies (session, cart, language) — store operation.

Who we share it with

Only with those who need it to fulfil your order: print production partners and carriers (strictly the data needed to produce and deliver), payment providers and EU-based hosting. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Invoicing data: statutory periods applicable in Portugal (up to 10 years). Artwork files: for a limited time, for reprints. Account: while active or until you request deletion.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — just contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Portugal, the CNPD — cnpd.pt).
